Above Poverty Line (APL) ration card

These ration cards are issued to households having stable annual income

Below Poverty Line (BPL) Ration card

They are issued to households which are below poverty line and are from the economically weaker section.

Antyodaya Anna Yojna (AAY) Ration card

These cards are provided to the poorest of the poor families identified by the Municipal Corporation and village assembly.

State BPL Ration card

The cards are issued to the families identified as State BPL families by the Gram Sabha/municipal corporation/municipality.

Documents Required to Apply for Rajasthan Ration Card

  1. Scanned copy of age certificate
  2. Scanned copy of caste certificate
  3. Identity proof
  4. Residential proof
  5. Income proof
  6. Recent passport size photograph
  7. Bank passbook
  8. Details of gas connection

  10. Self-declaration and certificate issued by Ward Councillor or Pradhan

How to Apply for Rajasthan Ration Card?

Step 1 - Visit the official website of Food and Civil Supplies department.

Step 2 - Click on 'Food Security Scheme/Ration Card Application form' on the homepage

Step 3 - Next, click on Form for making/amending ration card through E Mitra/CSC.

Step 4 - A PDF of the application form will be displayed.

Step 5 - Download the PDF and get a printout.

Step 6 - Fill in the details, attach the required documents and submit it at the concerned office.

Step 7 - You will be provided a receipt with an application number, which can be used to check the status of your application.

Once you apply for the ration card, you can check the status of your application by following the steps listed below:

  1. Visit the official website of Food and Civil Supplies department.
  2. Next, select 'Ration card Application Status' under 'Ration Card Report' tab.
  3. Choose between 'Ration Card Number' or 'Form number'.
  4. Enter the number on the space provided and click on 'Check Status'.
  5. On doing so, the status of your application will be displayed on the screen.
