Step 1: Visit the Parivahan Sewa Portal
Step 2: Choose the option "Services on Driving Licence" present on the page. You will be redirected to a new page. On the new page, select your state of residence from the drop-down menu.
Step 3: On the new page, look for the "Apply for Duplicate License" option and click on it.
Step 4: You will be redirected to an application form. Fill in the required details correctly
