Online

Through ParivahanIf you receive a TS traffic e challan, you can pay the fine using the Parivahan website. To successfully pay your TS challan via the Parivahan website, follow the procedure mentioned below:

1. Visit the official website of Parivahan at https://echallan.parivahan.gov.in/index/accused-challan. 
2. Type in the vehicle registration number, driving licence (DL) number, or Telangana Challan number.  
3. After entering the captcha code, select ‘Get Detail’.  
4. Check the offence's specifics and the TS e challan status right now.  
5. Pay the traffic fine by going through the payment process.  
6. You will receive confirmation and transaction ID if the payment is successful.

Offline 

If you want to pay your eChallan through offline method, follow the procedure mentioned below: 

1. Go to the nearest traffic police station with a copy of your Telangana echallan.  
2. Contact the designated agencies in charge of traffic fine collection.  
3. Pay the fine in money. You might also ask the authorities to look into any outstanding fines (if any) and pay them right away.

How to Check Telangana Traffic Challan Status

1. Visit the Parivahan website and enter your vehicle registration number, DL number, and Telangana challan number to check the status of the TS police challan.  
2. You will get the notice "Challan Not Found" if there are no TS traffic e challans filed against your car.

How to File a Complaint Against a Traffic Challan in Telangana

The following are the steps to register a complaint against Telangana E Challan: 

1. Visit the official website of E-challan - Digital Traffic or Transport Enforcement Solution: echallan.parivahan.gov.in

1. Click on Complaints 
2. Open the Grievance System page by clicking on echallan.parivahan.gov.in/gsticket/
3. Log into the account by visiting the link 
4. Enter all the required details, such as: 
   1. Name  
   2. Contact number 
   3. Challan number received on your registered mobile number 

1. Upload the proof of e-challan complaint, after filling in all the required details 
2. Click on upload option and enter the captcha code 
3. Click on ‘Submit’ after uploading the e-challan complaint proof

1. Open the Parivahan Grievance Ticket Status by opening the link: https://echallan.parivahan.gov.in/gsticket/ 
2. Click on 'Ticket Status'
3. Provide the ticket number 
4. Enter the captcha code
