You can redeem the points you earn on your credit card for products or vouchers from the bank's rewards catalogue.

Here's how you can go ahead and redeem the points on your card:

  1. Login to your HDFC net banking account.
  2. If you haven't already registered your credit card, you will have to first register it and then proceed towards points redemption.
  3. Select 'Redeem Reward Points' and proceed to the Online Redemption portal.
  4. Select 'Redeem Reward Points' once again, adjust the points range, and view the items available for redemption.
  5. Choose the items you wish and add them to your shopping cart.
  6. Before checking out, ensure that details such as your address and email ID are correct. This is important since all products will be sent to your registered address.     You get to enjoy an interest-free period of up to 50 days on this card.

  • Is there any cap on the points that you earn?

    No, there is no cap on the points that you earn. However, points earned on insurance transactions will be capped at 2,000 points per transaction.

  • How do I make a claim for the accidental death insurance?

    To make a claim, the cardholder's legal heir needs to intimate the bank of any accidental death within 30 days of it happening. They can do this by sending an email to bankclaims@hdfcergo.com. Post this, all relevant documents need to be submitted by the legal heir. All the documents need to be sent within 60 days of the accidental death and sent to bankclaims@hdfcegro.com.

  • How do I make a purchase protection claim?

    To make a purchase protection claim, you will need to intimate the bank of any loss within 15 days of it happening. This can be done by sending an email to bankclaims@hdfcergo.com.
