In the event of a card theft, you must block your card immediately. You can accomplish this by phoning 18001031212 in India or +91 22 49350000 from abroad.

In Case of Card Theft: If your card is stolen or has been stolen, you will have to block your card immediately. You can do this by calling 18001031212 if you are in India or +91 22 49350000 if you are overseas.

You can also log in to your net banking account or your mobile application and block your credit card.

Another way to block your credit card in case it has been stolen or is missing is to do so via SMS. The format for the SMS is:

  1. SMS Details: BLKCC space last 4 digits of your credit card
  2. SMS Number: +91 9840909000

Ensure that this SMS is sent from your registered mobile number.

In Case Your Card is Blocked: If your credit card has been blocked, you must notify the customer service department. Depending on the reason your card was blocked, they may urge you to request a replacement card or unlock the card. You will receive your replacement credit card within 7 business days of requesting it.

  • Can I meet the YES Bank branch manager for any credit card related issues?

    There may be instances where you may not be able to meet the branch manager, especially if they have prior commitments. A better way to meet the manager and air your concern is to visit the branch on the 7th of every month. This is the date on which YES Bank observes Customer Day. On this day, you can air your concerns to the bank staff from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

  • Is there any other way to get in touch with YES Bank's customer service centre?

    If you do not want to use any of the options listed above to get your question answered, you can always log in to your net banking account, go to the mailbox, and write to the bank. You can also contact the bank through its social media outlets.
