Eligibility

  1. The cardholder should be minimum 18 years of age.
  2. Cards are issued to customers. For non-customers, it is on selective basis.

  3. Income Proof for Salaried Employees - Pay slip / Salary Certificate / Form 16 / Income Tax returns
