Click on the link mahatrafficechallan.gov.in and click on 'Click here to raise a grievance for wrongly booked challan or any payment issue'. In the next step click on 'Apply Grievance against Challan'. In the next step, enter details such as your challan number, mobile number, email ID, vehicle number, and chassis or engine number. Select the reason, and then you can also add a remark in the 'Remark' section. Click on 'Submit'. The traffic police department will get back to you after looking into the issue.
Click on the link mahatrafficechallan.gov.inand click on 'Click here to raise a grievance for wrongly booked challan or any payment issue'. In the next step click on 'Apply Grievance against Receipt'. In the next step, enter your receipt number, amount paid, mobile number, email ID, wrongly paid vehicle number, your vehicle's number, followed by the engine or chassis number of your vehicle. Click on 'Submit'.
Click on the link https://echallan.parivahan.gov.in/ where under 'Check Online Services' click on 'Check Challan Status'. Enter either your challan number, vehicle number, or driving license number and enter the captcha in the box and click on 'Get Detail'.
Maha Trafficapp is a mobile phone app which you can download ont your smartphone if you are a resident of Maharashtra to check the status of your challan and make the payment for the same.
Pune City Traffic Police are authorised to collect the traffic fines in the city of Pune.
In case you do not pay your traffic fines, then traffic police officials will visit your residential address to collect the amount. In case you still do not clear your amount, then you will be summoned to the court based on a complaint made by the Traffic Police of Pune and ordered to clear your dues. In case you fail to appear in the court and do not clear your dues, then your driving license will be suspended.

If you choose the first option, then you will have to enter the last four digits of your engine or chassis number. Click on 'I am not a robot' and click on 'Submit'.
