Online Application for Learner's Licence in Chandigarh

1. Click on this link https://parivahan.gov.in/parivahan/
2. Click on 'Driving License/ Learner's License'.
3. Select 'Chandigarh' from the drop-down menu.
4. Click on 'Apply for Learner's License'.
5. Click on 'Continue'.
6. Select a category applicable to you and select 'Applicant does not hold any Driving/Learner license issued in India'.
7. The application form will be displayed on your screen. Fill out the form and make sure all the details mentioned are correct.
8. Once you have filled out the form, click on 'Submit'.
9. You will then have to schedule a time and date to take your test and pay the registration fee. Once you pass the test, police verification will be done and then you will be provided with a learner's license.

5. You will be directed to the Parivahan Sarathi website where you will have to follow the instructions to apply for a learner's license online.

Offline Application for Learner's Licence in Chandigarh

You can either purchase the application form for a learner's license or download the form online and book an appointment at your nearest RTO in Chandigarh. On the scheduled date, submit the application form along with all the relevant documents and pay the registration fees. Next, you will have to book a date to appear for your driving test.
