Step 1: Open the 'Parivahan' web portal and click the 'Apply Online' button on the left side of the home page. Next, select the 'Services on Driving License' option.
Step 2: You will be redirected to a new page where you have to enter your driving license as well as your date of birth. After filling in the information, click the 'Go' button.
Step 3: Next you will be asked to add your basic details.
Step 4: From the options given, choose the state and RTO from where you applied for your driving license. Then click on the 'Proceed' button.
Step 5: The relevant information from the driver's license will be shown. Double-check all of the information and click "Confirm".
Step 6: After clicking "Confirm", all driving license services will appear. Select "Additional Endorsement of Driving License" and click "Proceed".
Step 7: The NOC transaction page will open. Fill in the required details → Confirm. A "Data Accepted Successfully" message will appear, along with a declaration box and captcha.
Step 8: Tick the declaration box and enter the captcha code, then click "Submit".
Step 9: An acknowledgement form with the applicant details and service requested will be generated.
Step 10: To continue with the document upload, click the "Next" button.
Step 11: To upload the supporting papers, select the option 'Upload Documents' and then click the 'Next' button.
Step 12: Upload all the required documents including your address proof, age proof, photo, and signature and then click the 'Next' option to proceed to the fee payment page.
Step 13: A new window will appear where you have to choose the 'Click here to continue e-Payment.'
Step 14: On the next page, check all the details and select 'Proceed for Payment' to continue the payment procedure.
Step 15: Select the "Continue" option and log in to the associated bank to complete the payment process.
Step 16: The payment success acknowledgement window will be shown after successful payment. After reviewing the details, click "Print Receipt" to print a payment receipt.
Step 17: After the verification of details, you will receive the Additional Endorsement of Driving License (AEDL). You can also print the duplicate driving license from the Parivahan website.
