Under an arrangement established between the Indian Banks' Association and the All India Bank Employees Association, all public banks are required to be non-operational on the second and fourth Saturdays of each month. It's important to note that these scheduled off-days are in addition to the regular public holidays that public sector bank employees in India are entitled to enjoy.
