South Indian Bank Clerk Exam Pattern:

There are only two stages in the South Indian Bank exam pattern. These are the online test and the interview round.

Online Test:

The online test is held in a single round and is only available in English. Negative marking is for ¼ marks. Each section will have 50 marks set around 40 questions. So the total marks is 200 and the total number of questions is 160. There is a sectional timing of 40 minutes for each section except the general awareness section which will be only for 20 minutes duration.

GD and Interview:

The group discussion and interview will also have marks which will be consolidated with the marks of the online test to decide the final selection of candidates.

Eligibility criteria for South Indian Bank Probationary Clerk:

The eligibility criteria for South Indian Bank probationary clerk is as follows:

  1. 10th standard or SSLC, 12th standard or HSC, and Graduation with minimum 60% marks that is done under a regular course
  2. If the score is based on CGPA instead of percentage, then a CGPA equal to or more than 60%
  3. Age not more than 26 years with a 5-year relaxation for SC/ST candidates
