How to Redeem Standard Chartered Credit Card Reward Points?

Bonus Point Rewards Program

You can earn bonus points by using your eligible credit cards to make purchases at Bonus Point Partner outlets. In order to redeem the Standard Chartered Bonus Point Rewards you can visit the bank's website and choose the rewards from the rewards catalog and purchase the same with your accumulated bonus points. You can also contact the Standard Chartered credit card customer care center and provide the reward item code available on the reward catalogue to redeem the same.

360° Rewards Program

Under the 360° Rewards Program, there are two methods by which you can redeem your reward points available on the credit card. These are:

1. Online: You can redeem your 360° Rewards Points online, at any point of time. All you have to do is visit the Standard Chartered Bank 30 rewards webpage and log in to your Net Banking account. If you are a first time user, then you will have to register for net banking facility and use the username and password you receive subsequently to access the rewards website. Once you log in, you can go through the rewards catalog and select the reward of your choice and add it to our purchase cart. Confirm your order and checkout.
2. Phone Banking: You can redeem your Standard Chartered Bank 360° Rewards Points via Phone Banking facility as well. In order to do the same, all you have to do is get in touch with the Bank's Phone Banking center and request the redemption of your reward points for a particular reward of your choice or accept their assistance in finding out the rewards you are eligible for and making an order.In both these processes, it might take up to 10 working days for the package/ reward to reach the customer's billing address. Any gift voucher that is issued to the customer cannot be returned to the Bank and is non-refundable.
3. Cashback Offers: Currently, only the Standard Chartered Manhattan Platinum Credit Card offers Cashback on purchases made. This can be redeemed online. The cashback offer also includes Extra-Value offers on dining and shopping vouchers and other merchandise which the customers can choose from the Cashback catalog. The accumulated cashback amount can also be credited to the customer's credit card account as per his/her request.
