PNB Credit Card Reward Points

Punjab National Bank offers the loyalty program, PNB Rewardz, to its credit card customers. Under the program, you can earn reward points for credit card transactions. The reward points can be used to purchase air tickets, movie tickets, mobile recharge, etc.

How to Earn PNB Credit Card Reward Points?

You can earn reward point in multiple ways by using the credit card. The different ways to earn reward points for various cards are mentioned below:

Type of Credit Card

Reward Points

Corporate Credit Card (Individual Liability)

  1. 50 reward points if you register for the e-bill facility.
  2. 1 reward point for every Rs.100 that is spent.

RuPay Select

  1. 50 reward points if you register for the e-bill facility.
  2. 2 reward points for every Rs.150 that is spent.
  3. 2x reward points are provided for online transactions that are done within 90 days from the date the card is issued.
  4. 300 reward points are for the first transaction that is done within 90 days from the date you receive the card.

RuPay Platinum

  1. 50 reward points if you register for the e-bill facility.
  2. 1 reward point for every Rs.100 that is spent.
  3. 300 reward points are for the first transaction that is done within 90 days from the date you receive the card.

Visa Platinum

  1. 50 reward points if you register for the e-bill facility.
  2. 2 reward points for every Rs.150 that is spent.

Visa Gold

  1. 50 reward points if you register for the e-bill facility.
  2. 1 reward point for every Rs.100 that is spent.

Visa Classic

  1. 50 reward points if you register for the e-bill facility.
  2. 1 reward point for every Rs.100 that is spent.

How to Redeem PNB Credit Card Reward Points?

In order to redeem the reward points, you will need to visit https://pnbcard.in/form/login.jsp and login to your account by using the username, password, and captcha. The reward point redemption form can be downloaded from https://pnbcard.in/Documents/rewardform.pdf. However, you will need to have at least 500 reward points to redeem them.

Conversion of PNB Reward Points to Air Miles

JP Miles can be redeemed against your PNB Credit Card reward points. This will be credited to your Jet Privilege Account and can be used for your travel needs vis Jet Airways. You can login to your PNB Rewardz program portal to redeem the reward points.

Conversion of PNB Reward Points to Cash

The reward points can be converted to cash by logging in to the PNB Rewardz program portal. You can also submit the reward point redemption form to redeem the points.

    You can contact the customer Call Centre which is available around the clock, in order to receive assistance with queries related to the redemption of your PNB Credit Card reward points. You can contact customer care in the following numbers: 1800 180 2345 or 0120 4616 200.

  • Can all PNB Credit Card holders avail this rewards program?

    No, the PNB Credit Card rewards program is not available to delinquent PNB credit card holders. Only those who reside in India can avail the rewards program.

  • When will I receive the JP Miles I have redeemed against my reward points?

    The JP Miles redeemed against the reward points in your PNB credit card account will be credited in your Jet Privilege account in not more than 15 working days.
