This facility is available 24x7. You can also call the number 1800 225 100 or send a mail to the email ID riskops@bobfinancial.com for further assistance.

Alternative way through which you can get your credit card blocked

Given below are the steps you will have to follow in order to get your credit card blocked:

In case your credit card is lost or stolen, you will have to inform your nearest BOBCard Area Officer or call 1800 225 100 which is an All India Toll-Free number. This will get your card blocked immediately.
You must register an FIR by visiting the nearest police station regarding the loss of your card and submit a copy of it to the bank.
In case your card is misused, you must inform the same to the cyber crime cell and submit a copy of the FIR to the bank.
If you fail to block your card, then you will be held responsible for any transaction made on your card post the loss of your credit card. Hence, it is important to block your card immediately in the event of your card getting lost.
In case you recover your card, do not use it. Instead, it is recommended you destroy it cutting it through the magnetic strip. The bank will issue you a new card.
