Applying for a Singapore Visa Online

You can apply online using the e-Service platform through a strategic partner or a local contact in Singapore. Here’s how:

1. Visit the official website of the Singapore Embassy or its authorized visa application platform at https://www.ica.gov.sg.
2. Provide your travel details and pay the required visa fees online.
3. Upload all necessary documents, including a passport-size photo and travel itinerary.
4. Visa experts or the authorized agency will review and verify your documents before submitting them to the Embassy.
5. Once the visa is approved, you can download it online.

Applying for a Singapore Visa Offline

Alternatively, you can apply offline by submitting your visa application through:

1. The nearest Singapore Overseas Mission (such as an embassy or consulate).
2. An authorized visa agent in your location.

Visa-Free Transit Facility (VFTF)

The Visa-Free Transit Facility (VFTF) allows eligible travelers to transit through a country without a visa for a duration of up to 96 hours, provided they meet specific requirements.

General Eligibility Requirements:

Travelers must have a valid onward ticket and a visa for a third country. The transit duration must not exceed 96 hours.

Eligible Nationalities:

Citizens of India, the People’s Republic of China (PRC), Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) countries, and Georgia are eligible for this facility.

Fees for Singapore Visa

The cost of a Singapore visa from India for each applicant is approximately INR 3,400 for a multi-entry visa, applicable for both tourism and business visits. This fee is paid when submitting your application to the portal, often referred to as a processing fee, and is non-refundable regardless of the embassy's decision.

Here is the list if guidelines to be followed while uploading photo for Singapore visa application (applicable for both Assessment level I and II countries):

It takes 3 to 5 working days to complete the processing of Singapore visa for both Assessment level I and II countries, which excludes the weekends and the day of submission.

To check the status of the visa application, the applicant needs to follow the steps listed below:

1. Visit the official website of the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) at https://www.ica.gov.sg.
