    NEFT doesn't allow transfer of funds from an Indian bank account to an account which is outside of India, however, outward remittances are allowed to Nepal as per the Indo-Nepal Remittance Facility Scheme.

    Yes, subject to restriction as specified under the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 2000 (FEMA) and Wire Transfer Guidelines.
