Step 1: Log into Canara Bank net banking and enter the respective user ID and password
Step 2: The next step is to go to the 'Payments' section and click on it. Now tap the 'Transfers' option that can be found on the left hand corner
Step 3: Under the transfers tab there will be many options displayed, including 'NEFT'. Proceed to choose 'NEFT'
Step 4: Click on 'Make New Payment' and select the account from which the payment has to be made
Step 5: Now go on to choose the beneficiary. It is important to note here that the payee/beneficiary needs to first be added to continue with this step
Step 6: If the beneficiary is registered you can select the name and all details will be automatically filled in the columns
Step 7: The next thing to do is to key in the amount you wish to transfer and choose the currency type as 'Indian Rupee'. You can save this as a template and keep it for future use at this stage.
Step 8: Once all details are filled, verify the same and click on 'Save and Submit'
Step 9: The last step is to complete the transaction by entering a 'Transaction Password' or OTP. Once the payment is made, a reference number will be displayed on the screen.
