  4. If the residential plot is in located in a notified municipality portion, it should be less than 100 square yards in size. A residential plot located in a non-notified municipality sector must be less than 200 square yards.

  4. You should also ensure that the application form is supported by supporting papers such as educational certificates and PAN card copies. Failure to do so will result in rejection of the application.
