How to Download the mAadhaar App on Your Mobile

Step 1 - The app can be downloaded from the Google Play Store.

Step 2 - Search for 'mAadhaar'.  

Step 3 - Select the mAadhaar UIDAI app and click on the 'Install' button to download the app on your smartphone.  

Step 4 - Once the app is downloaded on your device, you will get notification.

Note: Same procedure have to follow for downloading mAadhaar app in the app store of iOS mobiles.

How to Add a Profile in the mAadhaar App?

Follow the procedure mentioned below to add your profile on the mAadhar app:

Step 1 - Open the mAadhaar app. 

Step 2 - Agree to the terms and conditions.

Step 3 - Complete the registration process by providing details such as the Aadhaar Number or mobile number.

Step 4 - Enter OTP and the verification process will be completed.

Step 5 - Next, the QR code that is mentioned on the Aadhaar Card must be scanned to add the profile. You can also enter the Aadhaar number.

Step 6 - The verification process must be completed.

Step 7 - Once the verification process has been completed, the profile will be added.

How to View a Profile in the mAadhaar App?

Step 1 - Open the mAadhaar app and complete the login procedure.

Step 2 - Choose ‘My Profile’ or ‘My Aadhaar’.

Step 3 - Enter "PIN"

Step 4 - Now you can see details such as the Aadhaar number, address, gender, and name on App.

How to Delete a Profile in the mAadhaar App?

It is easy to delete your profile from mAadhaar. Given below is the process that can guide you in deleting your profile with ease:

Step 1 - Open the mAadhaar app on your smartphone.

Step 2 - Open the profile page.

Step 3 - Choose the three dots that is present on the right-corner (top).

Step 4 - Choose ‘Delete Profile’.

Step 5 - Enter the password.

Step 6 - Select a reason on why you would like to delete the profile.

Step 7 - Choose ‘Yes’. The profile will be deleted.

How to Reset the Password in the mAadhaar App

The procedure to reset the password is mentioned below:

Step 1 - Open the mAadhaar app on your smartphone.

Step 2 - Click on more (which is present in bottom right side corner)

Step 3 - Click on "Settings"

If your Aadhaar is not connected to the mobile number currently in use, or if your registered number is different from the one on the device, you won’t be able to use the personalised services of mAadhaar.
