How to File a Claim with HDFC ERGO Health Insurance?

HDFC ERGO is one of the top health insurance providers with a dedicated in-house claim service team to provide smooth claim servicing to the customers.

For unplanned hospitalisation, the steps are the same as above but should be completed within 24 hours of hospitalisation.
  2. Reimbursement Claim: In the case of hospitalisation at a non-network hospital, the insured member will have to pay the medical bills upfront out of his or her pocket and make a reimbursement claim within 7 days of discharge.
