  2. On the next page, enter the 'Unique Service Number'.  Click on 'Submit'.

Note: In case you do not have the Unique Service Number, you must enter the Circle Code, ERO Code, and Consumer Number.

  1. The details of the bill will be displayed on the next page.
  2. You can pay the bill via net banking, credit card, or debit card.

Via Paytm

The process to pay the bill via Paytm is given below:

  1. Download the Paytm app on your smartphone or visit the official website of Paytm.
  2. Login with the help of your mobile number and password.
  3. Click on 'Electricity'.
  4. Enter the state as 'Telangana' and the board as 'Northern Power Distribution Company of Telangana Limited (TSNPDCL)'.
  5. Enter the USC Number. The details will be available on your bill.
  6. Click on 'Proceed'.
  7. The amount that must be paid will be displayed on the next screen.
  8. Click on 'Pay' to complete the procedure.

Via Google Pay

The process to pay the electricity bill on Google Pay is given below:

  1. Download the app on your smartphone and complete the registration process.
  2. Tap on 'Pay'.
  3. Select 'Bill Payments'.
  4. Select 'Electricity'.
  5. Choose the electricity board.
  6. The account must be linked with the help of your mobile number, account name, and account number.
  7. The due amount will be displayed.
  8. Select 'Pay'.
  9. Select the bank account from where you would like to make the payment.
  10. Enter the UPI PIN to pay the bill.

Via the Mobile App

The step-by-step procedure to pay the bill on the mobile app is given below:

  1. Download the mobile app on your android smartphone.
  2. Enter the email ID and PIN to complete the login process. Click on 'Submit'.
  3. Click on 'Pay Your Bill'.
  4. Enter the Circle Code, ERO Code, and Consumer Number.
  5. The amount that must be paid will be displayed.
  6. You can pay the bill credit card, debit card, net banking, or wallet/cash cards.

How to Pay the TSNPDCL Bill Offline

You can visit one of the TSNPDCL offices to pay the bill via cash, cheque, or demand draft. However, you must carry the bill when you visit the office to make the payment.

You can also visit a Mee Seva kiosk to pay the bill via cash or cheque. It is important that you carry the bill when you visit the kiosk.

As per RBI directives from 1 July 2024, payment service providers like PhonePe, Paytm, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, and banks have stopped accepting TGSPDCL electricity bills. The Southern Power Distribution Company of Telangana Limited (TGSPDCL) made this request in a post on X. Thus, consumers should make their monthly electricity bill payments through the TGSPDCL website or mobile app.
