• Visit the official website of DGVCL.
• Under the 'Online Payment' section, you will find the 'Bill Payment through RTGS' option. Click on it.
• On the next page, select the bank. You can only pay via ICICI Bank or Kotak Mahindra Bank.

The charges for paying DGVCL electricity bill online are as follows:

1. There is no processing fee for paying DGVCL bill through net banking for the first transaction in a billing cycle. Post the first transaction, a fee of Rs.2.50 will be charged for every additional transaction.
2. There is no processing fee for paying DGVCL bill through E-wallets or EBPP for the first transaction in a billing cycle. Post the first transaction, a fee of Rs.2.50 will be charged for every additional transaction.
3. For the transaction worth Rs.2000, a processing fee of 0.85% of the transaction amount will be charged. For the transactions above Rs.2000, a processing fee of 0.85% of the payment amount will be charged.
4. For the credit card transactions, Rs.5 will be charged.

Step 1: Visit the DGVCL official website

Step 2: Click on the ‘Consumer Service’ tab present at the top

Step 5: In case of individual household, choose ‘LT connection’ option.
