To take care of customer queries and grievances, IFFCO Tokio has set up a dedicated and highly trained customer support team that can be reached via various mediums. Customers can get in touch with the support staff by dialling on the company's dedicated customer service phone helpline. They can also write in to the customer care department via email to register their policy-related queries, complaints, and grievances. The helpline can be used to register a number of requests such as requesting for a policy copy, revival of lapsed policies, put in a request for policy change, renew a policy, set renewal reminders, make queries regarding claim, among various other requests. Besides the online channels, customers can also write to the insurer's corporate address as well.
IFFCO Tokio offers health insurance plans that provides reimbursement and cashless facilities in India. Insured members can avail cashless facility at any of the network hospitals of IFFCO Tokio across India. In the case of cashless hospitalisation at a network hospital, the insured member doesn't have to settle the hospital bills at the time of discharge. The hospitalisation expenses will be paid by the insurer's third-party administrator directly to the hospital.
To avail cashless hospitalisation, prior approval is needed from the TPA before admission. In the case of an emergency hospitalisation, approval can be obtained after admission.
