Step 1: Visit Registration Department Government of Kerala Registration Portal.
Step 2: Scroll down till you find "View/Download Encumbrance Certificate Online".
Step 3: After that, click on "View/Download Encumbrance Certificate Online".
Step 4: You will be redirected to another page where you have to enter the transaction ID along with the given captcha to check your EC application status.
Step 5: If the status of your application is "Certificate Issued", you can download the digital certificate online by clicking on the "download certificate" tab.

Step 2: Click on the "Document Status" tab, located fourth from extreme right-hand side of the page.
Step 3: Enter the token number and click on "view details" to complete the process.
